Standard shipping for our pizza ovens usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for accessories and ovens?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to their weight, ovens may be subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs.
Do Gozney ovens come with a warranty?
Yes, all our ovens come with a standard 1-year warranty, which can be extended to 5 years if you register your product on our website within 60 days of purchase.
Can I use my Gozney oven indoors?
Our portable and residential ovens are designed for outdoor use only. Using them in enclosed spaces can lead to a dangerous buildup of carbon monoxide and poses a fire hazard.

How do I clean and maintain my pizza oven?
For the stone floor, simply use high heat to burn off any food residue and scrape it away with a brush. The exterior can be wiped down with a damp cloth and mild detergent once the oven has completely cooled.
