At Gozney, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor cooking setup. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your unused product in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the return or exchange process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original Gozney packaging, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the returned goods.
